Salon Policy

Thank you for understanding that these policies and guidelines are vital to the sustainability of my business.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service booked. In the event of a no-call, no-show, the full cost of the service will be charged.

Please understand that late cancellations or rescheduling pose challenges in efficiently managing my schedule and accommodating other clients.

These terms are firm and not subject to negotiation.

Should you find these conditions unacceptable or incompatible with your preferences, please know that we may not be the best fit for collaboration.

Adjustments

 Following the completion of your service, if you find that an adjustment is necessary or if something doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out to me within 7 days of the service via text or call.

Please note that adjustments requested after 7 days from the service date cannot be accommodated.

When contacting me, kindly specify your concerns or issues and provide a few clear, well-lit pictures of the area of concern, preferably taken in natural lighting if possible.

For haircut adjustments, as haircuts can take 1-2 weeks to settle, you will have 14 days from the service date to request an adjustment.
